If so I'd unplug NS (RHD) front door plug on the wiring loom and see if the screen for the temp on the Climate goes blank. I can't see a reason why they'd decide to change side of the sensor for different country's as it's resulting in a higher production cost having to design two different sensors for no real reason.

13. Apr 16, 2014. #1. Hi All. Need your help if possible, I have a 2007 Ducato self converted camper and EML came on Yesterday . Sods law as we are due to go away tomorrow for the Easter weekend. I have just been out and tried to clear it but its showing as still active, Fault code is P0235 - Boost Pressure Sensor, So can anyone point me in the
Hi Angus. To the best of my knowledge the sensor is screwed into the body of the high pressure fuel pump. It has 2 connections running back to the ECU, and is basically a resistor that varies in value according to temperature. The fault code indicates a wiring error, i.e. the ECU is "seeing" a resistance value much higher or lower than expected.
I think it screws into the thermostat housing located on the front side of the engine to the left of the dip stick. I think there is one sensor that feeds into the ECU. The ECU uses this signal to operate one or both cooling fans as required and sends a signal to the BCM and then to the instrument panel via the CAN to show the temperature. The cooling fans on our motorhome do not start, the temperature rises. The car is a fiat ducato 230 -00 with the 2.8IdTd engine. I have tested most things, i need some tips, below is what I have done so far. supply the fans directly with 12V and they both start. hot wired the cabel to the sensor in the bottom of the radiator and both fans start
Sep 13, 2010. #5. Not sure if this applies to your vehicle, but; temperature and fuel gauges change their reading by varying the amount of resistance on the earth side of the gauge. The gauge needs a constant voltage, normally exactly 12 volts. As all vehicles voltage fluctuates between 12 and 13.8 volts, they normally fit a instrument voltage

Ambient air temperature sensor - The Broken Fiat Club. Step 1 - Remove the body coloured rear plastic of the wing mirror. The clips can be seen in the photo below. I used some plastic car trim tools to avoid damaging the wing mirror. Step 2 - Remove the indicater housing and bulb. Hi, On the '98 2.5 TDi the glowplug system only comes into play at low temperatures (less than 4 degrees centigrade) Therefore there is probably a low temperature sensor somewhere to activate the glow plug relay and I would suggest that if the system is coming into operation whilst engine is running, it would be checking for this.

When the code is triggered, the voltage from the sensor being read by the transmission control unit (TCU) is outside of the manufacturer’s parameters. This may mean your transmission is overheating, or the sensor is 4JXT2A.
