The animatronics look stunning, the writing is really good, the actors did a wonderful job and the film overall felt like a love letter from the fans by Scott and Blumhouse. There have been criticisms about how the film isn't scary enough but there have been so many horror films and horror games, an actually super scary movie is very unlikely
Wasn’t scary at all actually imo lol. I mean I can recall a couple jump scares but other than that, no. A 4K remake of the OG Fnaf would lose a lot of scare factor. 8/10. Sound Design: The sound design in this game is one of the many reasons I got so scared. Discussion. In my opinion, FNaF 4 was my favorite. I brought way more lore into the story, brang in the Nightmares, and led to some great fangames. The gameplay was better and got even better when it got ported onto Switch/PS4/Xbox.
