Technical. Just got my 2023 3 and am using a Carsifi wireless dongle for Android Auto. Noticed the LED on it is always blinking when I get in the car before starting the engine. Verified the other USB port is also always on. Concerned about battery drain since I don't drive every day. Try soft-resetting Mazda Connect and/or swapping out the USB cable. I've done the soft reset if that's the nav/back/mute combo. It was initially not even connecting overbluetooth - bluetooth is now working but the android auto issue has been persistent. Other mazda connect features seem to be working fine.

The Mazda has responsive steering and an engaging ride, and the infotainment system is easy to use. The caveat is that passenger space is tight, especially in the rear row, and the cargo Android Auto is essentially Google’s answer to Apple’s CarPlay.
